How do I find a repair manual for my vehicle?Updated 4 months ago

One of the most accurate ways to find a matching repair manual is to search using your vehicle make/model/year/engine, vehicle registration or license plate, and/or vehicle identification number (VIN). The search result will include a vehicle match indicator using either a red, amber or green color (see below).

Alternatively, you can search using the general search bar or menu navigation and filter to find the right manual for your needs. You can then review the manual information to determine if it matches your needs.

Compatibility Match for your Vehicle

If you have searched on our website for your vehicle using a vehicle registration or license plate, make/model/year/engine details, or vehicle identification number (VIN), or you have saved a vehicle in the "My garage" section of the website, you'll see a resulting list of manuals with a red, amber or green indicator to indicate what might best match your vehicle information:

  • Green means good compatibility -  a good match based upon the vehicle information you have provided
  • Amber means partial compatibility - a partial match based upon the vehicle information you have provided
  • Red means there is no apparent compatibility - this manual does not have any matching criteria based upon the vehicle information provided

You can find the complete coverage details of a specific manual on the resulting search list and/or the specific manual details page.
