Haynes handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our products and we want our customers to be satisfied with them.
If you have an issue with the product you have purchased from us, please inform us in writing at [email protected] with your order number within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
If the printed manual product(s) have been delivered to you, the printed manual(s) that were purchased from Haynes.com must be returned in good condition with no writing, stains or damage and shipped to us at your own cost.
If a refund is issued for a Haynes online/digital product, you will no longer have access to your Haynes online/digital manual.
You will be issued a full refund of your purchase (minus cost of the original shipping should this apply) within a week of approval. However, Haynes cannot be responsible for delays by your banking institution regarding a refund to your credit card as that is out of our control.
